Dr. Isha Srivastava
Founder & CEO, Biosyntiya Solutions • Member, Federation of Asian Biotech Associations
A computational biologist and entrepreneur trained at Banaras Hindu University. Her research produced tools such as dbAARD, AGP and ARDNet for aging and age-related disorders, with publications in journals including Biochimica et Biophysica Acta and the Journal of Biomedical Informatics. She also brings 4-5 years of corporate experience in life sciences business development. Selected for the Government of India’s Department of Science and Technology–IIT-TIFAC Women Scientists Scheme-C. She founded Biosyntiya to bring world-class bioinformatics research, analysis and training to the global scientific community.
Dr. Subrata Dasgupta
Postdoctoral Researcher, RIKEN Yokohama,Japan
Scientific advisor, Biosynita Solutions
A computational biologist and structural scientist at RIKEN Yokohama, focused on computational protein design, molecular dynamics and ancestral sequence reconstruction. Recipient of the Doctor Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam High-Performance Computing Award 2025 for Researcher – Research and Development in High-Performance Computing Applications, and a published researcher in leading peer-reviewed journals.
Yatin Kumar
Research & Business Development Associate, Biosyntiya
Holds a Master of Biotechnology from Amity University, Noida, with core research skills in bioinformatics and biotechnology alongside business development. His dissertation, “Integration of RNA Sequencing Workflow Development and Bioinformatics Service Delivery in an Applied Research Organization,” was carried out at Biosyntiya Solutions. He also presented his project work at the 1st International Conference on Recent Advances in Phytochemical Research for Sustainable Development 2026, held at Sharda University, and secured 3rd prize.
Dr. Akash Murthy
Faculty, Northeastern University, USA, Scientific advisor Biosyntia solutions
A scientist and entrepreneur at the convergence of machine learning, genomics and health technology, holding a Master of Science in Statistics from Manipal University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Built a genomics platform and health risk scoring at a leading Bangalore genomics company, and holds a filed patent for a wearable-free wireless health vitals device. A Y Combinator finalist, he now serves on the faculty of Northeastern University.
Dr. Vinod Kumar Srivastava
Honorary Advisor, Biosyntiya Solutions
Retired Professor and Head of the Department of Zoology at MGPG College, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University, with 40+ years of teaching and research experience specializing in Entomology and Cell Biology. Author of numerous research papers published in reputed national and international journals, including Chemosphere, Toxicology Letters and Acta Entomologica Bohemoslovaca.
Rahul Siyanwal
AI-ML Advisor, Biosyntiya Solutions · AICTE Fellow, University of Hyderabad
An AICTE Doctoral Fellow at the University of Hyderabad, working at the intersection of DevOps and Large Language Models. His research also spans Earth Observation, Artificial Intelligence, Fog Computing and IoT application orchestration, alongside experience as a Placement Coordinator and Teaching Assistant for the M.Tech AI program. He serves on the Organizing Committee for the 12th International Conference on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, published by Springer Nature, and has authored research including “An Energy Efficient Fog-Based Internet of Things Framework to Combat Wildlife Poaching.” He also loves integrating his skills toward bioscience innovation.

A Biosciences student at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, currently Manager of the Research Wing at ANC IITK and Secretary of BioSoc IITK. She has held leadership roles across IIT Kanpur’s student ecosystem, including Student Guide with the Institute Counselling Service, Core Team Member at Vox Populi, and Secretary of Raktarpan.
